I spent my weekend tweaking and adjusting my Hot Mess lettering brush pack to take advantage of some new taper settings in the latest version of Procreate. But I didn’t stop there. I also created some brand new brush shapes and grains for these brushes to give them even cooler textures. The first is called Static Shock and it has a cool brush shape that gives it a choppy texture.
The second is called Broken Brush and it includes a unique shape and grain to make it resemble a broken old paint brush.

It’s no secret that everyone loves the symmetry tool in Procreate. It’s easily one of their best new features. I recently created some fun Halloween coloring pages using symmetry. The first is a bunch of Halloween items, skulls, pumpkins, spider webs, all that jazz. The second is a blank skull template that you can use to create some amazing sugar skulls.
