It’s hard for me to write a review of a My Chemical Romance show without filling it with hyperbole and grand statements about how they are the greatest band ever. After seeing them last March at Magness Arena during their giant tour supporting The Black Parade, I was beyond excited to get another chance to bathe in the awesomeness of MCR.
Happy birthday Gerard Way
It’s pretty obvious at this point that I love My Chemical Romance.
Today just happens to be the 31st birthday of everyone’s favorite “savior of the broken the beaten and the damned”, lead singer Gerard Way.
I’ll be covering the upcoming My Chemical Romance show in Denver on the 14th, so stay tuned. Die hard MCR fans will recall that last time MCR played in Denver, Gerard married Lyn-Z of Mindless Self Indulgence after the show on September 3rd. Who knows what could happen at this concert.
Frank Iero is married too
So, since I posted something on here when Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance wed Lyn-Z of Mindless Self Indulgence, I figured I should post something now that MCR’s Frank Iero is married to his long-time girlfriend Jamia.
That makes three members of My Chemical Romance enjoying married life, thought that should soon be four because Ray Toro got engaged on his birthday in July.
