New Whatcha Watchin about the Spider-Verse
My friend Kim and I sat down to talk about Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse on the Whatcha Watchin pod. We don’t go into details, but there are some minor spoilers in here, so watch the movie first if you don’t want to know anything about the ending beforehand.

I am in love with the animation in this movie! Every single frame is so beautiful. Spider-Punk and Spider-Man India were my favorite characters and I would watch a spinoff that was just those two. But aside from the stunning visuals, I did have a few issues with Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, though.

Learning new things during the pandemic
Let’s face it, things are pretty horrible right now between the coronavirus crisis and the growing civil unrest as America starts to reckon with its history of systemic racism. If you’re like me, when you need a break from all the anger and gloom, you binge watch TV shows on your favorite streaming services. You also attempt to do something creative or learn a new skill as a pick-me-up when things are on fire in the world around you. I wanted to learn basic video editing and create some new content for Trashwire, and the result is this little video I made about three great comic book shows I’ve loved.
