Hand Lettering

One of my hobbies is hand lettering, which I do primarily on iPad Pro using the Procreate app. I have created tutorial videos and frequently participate in monthly lettering challenges on Instagram. I also sell my unique Procreate brushes via Creative Market and my Etsy store.

You can download some of my Procreate free brushes here.

It feels bold to release a movie like The Drama when media literacy has declined so much. This is now a Carl stan account. Project Hail Mary hits a perfect balance between sci-fi, humor, and heart. We get the enormous scale of space, but also a story grounded in emotion, due in large part to a phenomenal performance from Ryan Gosling. Sam Rockwell is a man from the future, trying to save humanity from an AI-driven technological apocalypse in Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die, from director Gore Verbinski and writer Matthew Robinson. With Send Help, Sam Raimi reminds us that he is a master at balancing horror and comedy, turning a simple scenario about a downtrodden employee (Rachel McAdams) stranded on an island with her horrible boss (Dylan O’Brien) into a delightfully tense, bloody, fun movie experience. I’ve watched over 300 movies this year, but these were my faves. Which ones have you seen? Martin Scorsese received a lot of pushback for comparing the Marvel films to amusement park rides, but James Cameron seems to have embraced that for his Avatar franchise. Much like the previous two films, Avatar: Fire and Ash is about the experience, about popping on your 3D glasses and letting the IMAX screen fill your field of vision as you and your fellow audience members spend a few hours transported to the world of Pandora. Timothee Chalamet delivers a captivating performance as a fast-talking table tennis player in relentless pursuit of greatness in Josh Safdie’s Marty Supreme. Director Selvamani Selvaraj’s new Tamil film, Kaantha, gives us a vintage noir-style thriller about the deadly ego clash between Dulquer Salmaan as a superstar actor and Samuthirakani as an auteur director, with Bhagyashri Borse as the debutant actress caught in the middle. While the story might be set in the past, the film represents a bold new step for South Indian cinema.
