Snowflake Procreate Brush pack now available on Creative Market

Snowflake brushes are now on Creative Market

It’s Thanksgiving break at work, which means I finally have time to work on some lettering and Procreate brushes. Today, I realized that I had never uploaded my fun holiday Snowflake Procreate brush set to Creative Market and went about revamping the mockup images and getting that sucker up on the site. I’m happy to announce that you can now get the Snowflake brush pack on Creative Market as well as Etsy.

Brand new Halloween brush pack for Procreate

It’s officially sweaters-and-boots weather here in Denver, which means it’s fall. The pumpkin spice latte is back at Starbucks and everyone’s sharing Hocus Pocus gifs on social media. That means Halloween is just around the corner, so I created this fun brush pack to celebrate.

The pack comes with three lettering brushes and, my personal favorite, a cute skull seamless pattern brush. It’s perfect for all your Halloween (and Dia de los Muertos) Procreate projects. Check out some examples of the brushes below and pick them up on Etsy or Creative Market.

Practice makes your hand steadier, it gets you used to pressure and speed with a marker or with an Apple Pencil, and it makes you feel more confident to try out something you might have seen online. For me, practice never feels like work. I love lettering, so it’s something I do to mellow out at the end of the day or to take my mind off work during my lunch break. If you really love it, practicing all the time is easy and fun.

Okay, you know you need to practice, but you want to take it a step further and learn some new techniques. My advice: start with YouTube. Almost everything I learned about using Procreate on iPad Pro came from watching YouTube tutorials. I have lots of favorites, but here are a few I found particularly helpful… Continue reading
