The basketball season is back and, as someone who watches every Suns game, I constantly see the LeBron James “What Should I Do?” commercial. After the 400th time, I practically knew the whole thing by heart… and I wanted to scream every time I saw it. Imagine my delight when South Park made fun of the infamous commercial on their latest episode, Mysterion Rises!

In the clip under the jump, the CEO of BP, Captain Hindsight, superhero Mysterion and Cartman (as The Coon) all ask us LeBron’s question.

Today’s the last day of 2009 and I, for one, can’t wait until it’s over. Aside from the bad economy, 2009 also brought us such unwelcome gifts as Balloon Boy, H1N1, Kanye’s VMA outburst, and celebrity deaths by the truckload. While some people are writing lists about their favorite moments of the year, I’ve compiled a list of reasons why I’m looking forward to saying sayonara to 2009. So, without further delay, I bring you… 5 reasons 2009 can suck it.

NBA.com: Van Gundy, Gentry named Coaches of the Month

The Orlando Magic’s Stan Van Gundy and the Phoenix Suns’ Alvin Gentry today were named the NBA Eastern and Western Conference Coaches of the Month, respectively, for games played in October and November.

When Suns head coach @AlvinGentry first started tweeting, he credited his daughter for getting him to join Twitter.
So who better to go to for the second part of ValleyoftheSuns’ in-depth look at social media and the NBA than Alexis Gentry herself?
OK, so the head coach has only sent out a happy Fourth of July tweet since the draft lottery, but he provided some insightful commentary on the Suns’ season last year and promises to do so again this season.
Alexis answered a couple of my questions via e-mail about how her dad got on Twitter, what grade she’d give him as a tweeter and what she’s doing with her entertainment Web site, Trashwire.com.
